After reading through this, the next step is to fill out a questionnaire on my ‘inquire’ page to learn more about your needs, get to know each other, and chat about which package is right for you. I am there for support, questions, concerns, whatever you need! We can chat a bit more via email about what your photo goals are before your session to go in to the shoot prepared and on the same page.

After you submit a general inquiry, I aim to respond within 48 hours to discuss your photo goals and vision. During this time, we’ll work together to choose the package and add-ons that best align with your unique story.
With years of experience in the industry, I’ve carefully crafted these packages to offer flexibility, ensuring you only pay for what you truly need while still having the option to upgrade for a more tailored experience. My goal is to make the process smooth and personalized, so your photos perfectly capture what matters most to you.
session guide & prep
Once your contract is signed and deposit is paid, I’ll send you a custom session guide to help you prepare for your shoot. These hand-crafted guides cover everything from outfit suggestions and location ideas to day-of checklists, ensuring you feel fully prepared and confident. Tailored specifically to your session type, each guide is designed to make the process seamless and enjoyable. Whether it’s your first shoot or your tenth, I provide these guides to make sure every detail is covered and you’re ready for your best photos yet!
questionnaire & final planning
A few weeks before your photoshoot, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to get to know you better and tailor the experience to your unique style and preferences. Once I have your answers, we’ll touch base to make sure locations, outfits, and the overall vibe are feeling just right! From there, I keep consistent communication leading up to your session so you feel supported and prepared. And if you ever need extra outfit advice or have last-minute questions, I’m just a message away!
photo delivery
Just 48 hours after your session, you’ll get a handful of sneak peeks so you can start enjoying and sharing your photos right away. Three weeks later, your full gallery will be delivered through Pic‑Time, an easy‑to‑use online platform where you can download your images in high resolution and explore the built‑in custom print shop to create prints, albums, and other keepsakes. It’s the perfect way to bring your photos to life beyond the screen!

You’ll get a handful of sneak peeks within 48 hours of your session (because I know you’ll be excited to share right away!) and your full gallery will be ready within 3 weeks. Your gallery will stay online for 1 year, and can be re‑uploaded after that for a $30 fee.

No matter the package, I require a non-refundable 25% deposit to hold your date. Your date is not reserved without a deposit!

The number of photos you’ll receive really depends on a variety of factors—like how many outfits and locations you choose, the flow of the session, even things like weather and lighting. All of those play into how much variety we can capture!
If you let me know which package you’re leaning toward, I’d be happy to send over some example galleries from past seniors with that same collection. That way, you can get a clear idea of what the final gallery might look like!
